Where are your products made?

All our clothing is designed by me and pressed here in Wales.

What sizes do you offer?

Our products range from 6-12 months to 5-6 years.

How do I wash the clothing?

Wash inside out, at 30°C without fabric conditioner, and avoid tumble-drying if you can to keep the print looking fresh.

Do you accept returns?

If your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. You can reach us at hello@regandpip.co.uk.

Please ensure you check the sizing guide carefully before placing your order. As we cannot accept exchanges due to items being made to order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 5-7 working days. I’m also juggling mum life behind the scenes, so occasionally things may take a little longer - thank you for bearing with me while I do both!

Delivery times vary, but UK orders normally arrive 2–4 days after dispatch.

Do you take custom design requests?

Not at the moment - but I will do one day!

Do you do EU or international shipping?

Yes but please be aware; buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
