Returns & Refunds Policy

 

We hope you love your Reg & Pip pieces. Every item is made to order especially for you.


Made to Order Items

All of our products are made to order, meaning they are created specifically once your order is placed.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

    •    Change of mind

    •    Incorrect sizing

    •    Failure to read product descriptions

Please check our sizing guide carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    •    Your order number

    •    Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

 

Returned Items & Inspection

Any returns authorised by Reg & Pip must be received back unworn and unwashed.

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Refunds will only be processed if the returned items meet our return conditions. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items show signs of wear, washing, damage, odours, or misuse.


Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

Cancellation requests must be made immediately after ordering and cannot be guaranteed once production has started.


International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once they reach your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If customs charges are refused or unpaid and the parcel is returned to us:

    •    No refund will be issued

    •    We can resend the order once returned, subject to payment to cover the reshipping and associated costs

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Delivery Issues

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

    •    The shipping address is correct

    •    The parcel can be received or collected

We are not responsible for parcels:

    •    Marked as delivered

    •    Uncollected from depots

    •    Returned due to incorrect address

Reshipping may be offered at additional cost.
